Description Cost
Rent As agreed
Refundable holding deposit (to reserve a property) Equal to one week’s rent
Refundable tenancy deposit Capped at no more than 5 weeks’ rent where the total annual rent is less than £50,000, or 6 weeks’ rent where the total annual rent is £50,000 or above
Payments associated with early determination of the Tenancy where requested by the Tenant Equal to the rent to cover any void period until a replacement tenant is found plus associated costs.
For the variation, assignment or novation of a tenancy Capped at £50.00 (or reasonably incurred costs, if higher)
Payments in respect of utilities, communication services, TV licence and council tax; At cost in accordance with the AST agreement
Default fee for late payment of rent and, where required under a tenancy agreement In relation to each day after the due date for which the rent remains unpaid, an annual percentage rate of 3.00% above the Bank of England base rate to the amount of rent that remains unpaid at the end of that day.
Replacement of a lost key/security device giving access to the property At cost plus 15.00% administration plus VAT.
