We provide specialist advice on matters relating to the now repealed Disability Discrimination Acts 1995 and 2005 which have been amalgamated into the Equality Act 2010 that came into force on 1 October 2010, providing a tailored service to meet your individual needs.

Our services are carried out by experienced members of the National Register of Access Consultants and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors Inclusive Environments Consultants Scheme.

We provide prioritised and costed access audit reports of buildings or external environments and their management. Reports are tailored to meet client's individual needs varying from basic 'snapshot' surveys or detailed individual reports through to comprehensive multi-site databases.

Additionally, we provide inclusive design advice in the form of written appraisals of plans, specifications and usage requirements for refurbishment or new build projects to design out physical or operational obstructions to access before construction takes place.

It is essential for service providers and employers to comply with the legal provisions now in force and make provisions for the future not only to avoid committing an act of unlawful discrimination but also avoid isolating themselves from a valuable sector of their market.

Rather than risk possible claims and adverse publicity they should consider the benefits of a positive public image and valuable business opportunities.
