Steven Murray BSc FRICS ACIArb | RICS Registered Valuer
Steven is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors having qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1983 and is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
He is the Director responsible for special projects, which encompasses all aspects of professional work, including valuations, planning and development, landlord and tenant matters and compulsory purchase.
These projects have included large redevelopment schemes and the successful relocation of a number of businesses from conception to delivery.
Steven has played an important role in establishing and developing the company's now recognised status as a provider of 'best value' and consultancy services to a number of local authorities and other public bodies.
Steven is also the Director responsible for the company's rating department advising occupiers and owners in respect of their business rates liabilities and appeals. He is a member of the Rating Surveyors' Association and has been appointed by the British Retailers Consortium to chair discussions with the Valuation Office in connection with retail centres in North London and Hertfordshire.

Ian entered the property profession in 1976 and has specialised in agency matters in business space throughout his career.
Between 1976 and 1985 Ian worked for two firms, the vast majority of time being with Edward Symmons and Partners specialising in office and industrial properties nationwide.
In 1985, he was headhunted by Lambert Smith and then seconded full time to CIL Developments to promote and market from inception to completion Britain's first trade centre known as the Business Design Centre in Islington with some 120 trade showrooms and a fully integrated exhibition facility.
In 1987, Ian joined Conrad Ritblat as Associate Partner heading up the decentralised industrial and office department, specialising in the Northern Home Counties.
Ian made a conscious decision to move out from London's West End circuit to specialise in the North M25 sector and in 1995 joined Bowyer Bryce initially as Associate to expand and develop a credible North M25 agency force.
Ian is now the Director responsible for the company's agency departments and corporate marketing.

Nigel Leedham MRICS ACIArb | RICS Registered Valuer
Nigel is a Chartered Surveyor, an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and an RICS Registered Valuer. Nigel qualified in 1993 and joined Bowyer Bryce as a consultant in 2015, attached to the Property Management and Professional Departments of Bowyer Bryce, undertaking all aspects of property management including professional work associated with rent reviews and lease renewals.
Before and since qualifying, he has dealt with property management, client side estate management, rent reviews, lease renewals, acquisitions and disposals. He was also involved in the early stages of the development of the Emirates Stadium at Ashburton Grove in Islington.

Ian Martin MRICS MaPS MBEng
Consultant Building Surveyor
Ian is a Chartered Building Surveyor having been elected in 1997. He joined Bowyer Bryce as a consultant in 1999. He is also a member of the Association of Building Engineers and a Member of the Association for Project Safety.
Ian has been involved with the construction industry for over 20 years and prior to becoming a Chartered Surveyor was involved with a property development company where he gained considerable experience, much of it in a direct hands-on capacity, in all aspects of construction.
Ian has lived and worked in Enfield for many years, establishing his own building surveying practice after he qualified in 1997. He has established a strong reputation within his areas of expertise including Expert Witness appointments, including for the Crown Prosecution Service.
Ian is attached to the professional department of Bowyer Bryce, undertaking all aspects of building surveying work including commercial property building inspections, procurement of building works, project management, dilapidation surveys and Party Wall issues etc.
Andrew Lord BSc (Hons) MRICS NRAC
Registered Access Consultant
Andrew Lord, a Senior Access Consultant has joined Bowyer Bryce as a consultant to provide specialist advice on matters relating to the Disability Discrimination Act, 1995.
Andrew is a Chartered Building Surveyor and a member of the National Register of Access Consultants.
He has a wide-ranging experience in the field of access consultancy having headed up commissions in the commercial, educational and Local Government sectors with clients such as Bracknell Forest Council, the London Boroughs of Havering and Southwark, Oxfordshire Country Council, Essex Police, Post Offices Ltd and DEFRA.
Andrew attends access groups and works as a lecturer and trainer on all areas of Disability Legislation and Awareness as well as giving seminars to fellow professionals.
He is also an assessor and chairperson for the National Register of Access Consultants.
Leila is responsible for the office administration and deals with day-to-day issues relating to administration within the professional and agency departments.
Denise is responsible for the office administration and deals with day-to-day issues relating to administration within the professional and agency departments.

Milisa is responsible for property management administration and accounts and deals with landlord and tenant enquiries and accounting. She also assists our mananagement surveyors in day-to-day property management issues, including monitoring service charges and repairs.

Jodie is the company’s Marketing Manager. With a background in graphic design and marketing, Jodie organises marketing campaigns and advertising for clients’ properties as well as maintaining our web site and its unique property search facility and our own corporate promotions including advertising, social media and merchandising.
